Learning to Serve Others
A key part of our mission is teaching children the value of serving others. At Cross of Hope, students learn that their education isn’t just for their own benefit — it also empowers them to make a positive impact on the world around them.
We talk about Jesus’s example of service and love, and we find age-appropriate ways for kids to put those lessons into action. Even our youngest students begin to understand kindness, generosity, and helping those in need. By emphasizing service as part of learning, we instill compassion and humility from a young age.
Connecting Faith with Action
Community outreach at Cross of Hope is about putting faith into action. We partner with Cross of Hope Church and local charities to serve beyond campus — often with families joining students and teachers side by side.
Whether it’s a Saturday neighborhood clean-up, a church-sponsored mission project, or volunteering at a shelter, these experiences strengthen our bond with Albuquerque and teach students to be good neighbors and active citizens. Serving others is how we show God’s love in tangible ways.
