How To Apply
Applying is easy using our Online Application. We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking online the status of their admission after their application has been submitted. A non-refundable fee of $200 must be submitted with each application.
How To Apply For New Families
Note: These instructions do not apply to Returning Families.
Step One: Application

First, please create an online FACTS account HERE.
- To do that, you must click on the “New Applications” button at the bottom right hand side of this page and follow the instructions.
- Once your Online Application has been submitted and you have brought in your child’s Birth Certificate into the office and uploaded the vaccination records to the application, it will then be reviewed and you will be notified via email if your application has been accepted.
- After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.
Step Two: Enrollment
- Once Accepted you will follow instructions on the acceptance email to START the enrollment process.
- Once that is complete you will be notified with a Welcome email that your student has been FULLY ENROLLED.

YES! We do accept state funded Child Care Assistance from ECECD.
How To Apply For Returning Families
Please do NOT create a new account.
- To re-admit your student, please click HERE
- OUR DISTRICT CODE IS CH-NM
- Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.
- After logging in, click on the Apply/Enroll button in the left menu.
- Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment button.
